KZenEdge organizational business lifecycle methodology is based on teamwork. This position’s primary responsibilities include updating and maintaining contact and user records, building reports, proposals and responding to RFP’s, and assisting with the creation of business intelligence to enhance KZenEdge client relationships. Working with the leadership team, the successful candidate will focus on the tools and information to support business development. The successful marketing team member will demonstrate an ability to work on multiple assignments while adhering to industry and corporate standards. There will be some initial orientation and training before being assigned tasks and objectives.

Additionally, there will be opportunities to support projects and potentially operations. Being flexible with a can-do attitude, along with a strong motivation to learn, contribute, and excel within in a high performance and dynamic team environment will be critical to your success and growth.

Position Requirements:
  • Degree or diploma in Marketing or Business/Management (in progress is acceptable)
  • Experience in development of strategic marketing plans is an asset
  • General understanding or working knowledge of Customer Relationship Management (CRM)
  • Microsoft (Outlook, Windows, Excel Project, PowerPoint & Visio)
  • Demonstrated ability to troubleshoot user issues
  • High level of attention to detail
  • Ability to learn quickly in a dynamic environment
  • Ability to follow-up on activities without delays and to work autonomously while partnering collaboratively with a team
  • Ability to handle multiple planned and unplanned project tasks, roles and responsibilities
  • Strong verbal and written communication skills with attention to detail
  • Strong teamwork and interpersonal skills
  • Self-motivated and able to work with limited supervision
  • Demonstrated work ethic, integrity and professional conduct
Roles & Responsibilities:
  • Participate and contribute to the marketing team objectives for strategic planning, customer relationship management and business development
  • Maintaining data quality and executing data cleanup and maintenance plans
  • Monitoring user generated data changes and managing data requests
  • Monitoring and updating users into the CRM
  • Potential client event planning
  • Interface to the Contingent Labour team
  • Assist in the preparation of proposals
  • Schedule team meetings, workshops, events
  • Maintain action registries, meeting minutes, and project notes
  • Supporting other projects as appropriate
  • Preparing development reports on key clients and prospects, modifying existing reports and dashboards, and sharing findings with team members
  • Responsibilities will change based on capabilities and organizational requirements
  • Experience with the following technologies would be assets:
  • CMS technologies
  • Knowledge and skills using electronic document management systems such as LiveLink and SharePoint
  • Website content development and administration
  • Basic to strong knowledge of Project Management principles, methods and techniques
  • Cloud based applications
  • Graphic Design
  • Online cloud-based applications including databases
  • Social media platforms including LinkedIn, Twitter and Facebook
